• Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Payment must be made before the lesson, unless otherwise agreed.
• Lessons are conducted via Zoom, or another agreed-upon platform.

• Validity: Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All lessons must be scheduled and completed within this period. Any unused lessons after 6 months will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
• Cancellation of Packages: If you choose to cancel a lesson package before using all the lessons:
  • Lessons already taken will be charged at the standard single-lesson rate.
  • The remaining balance, after adjusting for lessons taken at the standard rate, will be refunded.
• Non-Cancellation After 6 Months: Packages cannot be cancelled or refunded after the 6-month validity period.

• Student Cancellations:
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, at least 24 hours' notice is required.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • If you do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, this will be considered a "no-show," and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Teacher Cancellations:
  • In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, I will provide as much notice as possible, and an alternative time will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for that lesson will be given.

• Both parties are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functioning device.
• If technical issues arise on the student’s side, the lesson will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• If technical issues occur on the teacher’s side, extra time will be given – either at the end of that lesson if possible, or at a later date.

• Both student and teacher must communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Any inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the lesson without refund.
• The teacher reserves the right to discontinue lessons (without refund) with a student who behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully.

• Students should join the lesson on time.
• If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be provided.

• Lessons may not be recorded, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from both parties.
• Personal information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

By booking lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
